This event will feature a multi course menu of skillfully prepared renditions of traditional Persian cuisine, beginning with a caviar service amuse bouche, followed by a unique educational journey Persian flavor and culture. The menu, inspired by both Louisa and Katrina's Persian roots, and memories from their childhood meals.
Signed copies of Louisa's beautiful book outlining Persian cuisine in both it's tradtitional format as well as with modern updates are available for purchase.
